OK !...This is where we get to the heart of internet marketing. Answer for yourself a couple of key questions....Why do this ? Do I have the time, patience,and tolerance for all the B.S. I'm gonna get from all these people who are trying to sell me on something ?
How much can I afford to risk without hurting other obligations? ( A lot of it is a risk ! )
Finally... What type of business do I want to involve myself with ?
There are (to say the least), a lot of ways to go. Some people sell Ebooks and resale rights, some people like to do various merchandising deals, Some work on building downlines and networking, and most marketers wind up trying to sell other peoples businesses for them.
No matter what you decide on, just know this..:
1) You're going to need a reliable mailing system.
2) You're going to need good autorespond letters.
3) You're going to need a good source of leads,( at least untill
you figure out how to promote and run ads).
Now...concerning FFAs and traffic exchanges!
Unless you just like reading all that junk mail, stay away from these two items!
Here's the mechanics of FFAs...:
1) In order to post your ad on one of these pages
You have to agree to let each of their members send an ad to your email box.
What happens when you post your ad on dozens of FFAs? That's right, you get
slamed!
Same thing with traffic exchanges.
If you're going to run a business that is efficient and runs smoothly, keep your in
boxes clutter free. ( I use one box for just opt outs, another for all inquiries
another for just business contacts,and another one for my personals).etc.etc.
